Grizzly Bear to Release Demos, Tour

Grizzly bears--what can't they do? They star in Werner Herzog films! They play the accordion! They release records and go on tour! They cover Yes' "Owner of a Lonely Heart"!
While continuing work on their second album-- tentatively titled Yellow House-- NYC band Grizzly Bear will delve into the past with a seven-song mini-LP of early songs and demos (including the aforementioned Yes cover). Made available by Portland's Audraglint Recordings, the disc is called Sorry for the Delay and will be out May 8. Yeah, that's a Monday. You got a problem with that?
Sorry is a white vinyl-only 12" and is limited to 1,000 copies, some of which will be exclusively available at upcoming shows, so don't get caught hibernating.
Firmly eschewing their "endangered species" status, these grizzlies will throw caution to the wind as they run amok along the U.S. East Coast and up into the northern wilds of Ontario and Quebec. Then in May, they'll get super active, and head all the way to Europe and the UK.
