Jana Hunter Folks Out North America, Europe

Like many resident Texas musicians, freak folk chanteuse Jana Hunter recently busted out of the Lone Star State (and its SXSW aftermath) to hit the rest of the U.S. Hunter has launched a solo trek across North America and Europe in support of her debut record, Blank Unstaring Heirs of Doom, which dropped last year on Devendra Banhart and Andy "Vetiver" Cabic's Gnomonsong label. DOOOOOOOM!!!
On the road, she'll temporarily meet up with the likes of Castanets, Marissa Nadler, and yes, even DevBan, at his curate-athon/performance day at All Tomorrow's Parties. Honestly, we can't say we're surprised. She'll also be playing quite a few shows at the popular TBA chain of venues
