Black Dice

Broken Ear Record, Black Dice’s latest offering, finds the band again crossing unconventional territories. Taking into account the stronger focus on rhythmic structures, Broken Ear Record flows with an almost lyrical phrasing, despite the absence of any lyrics. Instead, spectral segments of voice chime in as textural compliments. Black Dice have the ironic ability to creating sonically dense music that still leaves plenty of room.
